Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive, Paralegal
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Private Client Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal to join our very special team. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, providing high-quality legal advice and services to a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Advising clients on all aspects of Wills, trusts, estate administration, and inheritance tax planning

Drafting and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications;

Managing probate matters from initial instruction to completion
-
Providing guidance on lifetime planning and asset protection
-
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
-
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional standards
Candidate Requirements:
-
Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx), Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in private client work
-
Demonstrable experience in Wills, probate, estate administration, and lasting powers of attorney
-
Excellent communication and client care skills
-
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

STEP qualification (desirable but not essential)

Office Junior

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Office Junior to join our very special Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to begin a career in law, with a clear pathway for progression into private client legal work, including wills, probate, and lasting powers of attorney.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support to solicitors and legal executives within the Private Client team

Assisting with the preparation and management of legal documents and correspondence

Managing incoming and outgoing post, telephone calls, and emails

Maintaining accurate client records and files
-
Supporting the team with client onboarding and compliance procedures

Undertaking general office duties as required

Candidate Requirements
