We provide qualified bespoke advice from our offices in Wollaton. There is two hours free parking at the front of our office. Our office is air conditioned and all our clients are offered a complimentary refreshment on arrival. We can also provide evening appointments on request.
Please do not worry if you cannot get to our offices as we can provide you with advice from the comfort of your own home at a time that suits you. All home visits are free for those clients who cannot get to our offices or who would feel more comfortable being seen at home.

Wills
Let Ella Millett Legal Solicitors help you draft your Will, arguably the most important legal document to get right first time. By instructing us you can be sure that this will be dealt with efficiently, sensitively and comprehensively and you can be assured that your Will is right for you and your family.
As we also administer estates, we know what we need to consider when drafting a Will to ensure that after your death your family have no worries and the process is as smooth as possible for them at a time when they do not need any additional upset.
There are lots of different Wills that may be appropriate for you and your family and our duty to you is to ensure the Will you receive will be bespoke to you and your specific requirements. We are very different from an online, off-the-shelf legal service and we carefully consider your instructions before producing you a tailor made Will.
Powers of Attorney
At Ella Millett Legal Solicitors as part of the service we give to you, we strive to promote the importance of getting a Power of Attorney set up to enable you to choose who will look after your affairs if you can't.
We believe that Lasting Powers of Attorney which cover your Property and Financial Affairs and/or Health and Welfare are the most comprehensive Power of Attorney to have in place. This is because they continue if you lose mental capacity to manage your affairs.
The Lasting Power of Attorney for your Property and Financial Affairs can also be used (subject to your instructions) if you have mental capacity and if you lack mental capacity. This may be useful for example, if physically you are struggling to manage your affairs whether permanently or temporarily.
We also offer Lasting Powers of Attorney for Business owners so if you were unwell physically and/or mentally, either temporarily or permanently - your business can continue, as you may be the only person able to access certain information within the business, be the only person able to authorise the payment of wages, bills.
Probate and Administration of Estate
Ella Millett Legal Solicitors can help you administer the estate of a loved one on death. It is a very difficult time for you and your family and you may not wish to deal with this.
Ella Millett Legal Solicitors can help when your loved one passes away if they have a left a Will or not.
Ella Millett Legal Solicitors has nearly two decades of experience with efficiently administering estates. We can deal with this for you in whole or in part, subject to your instructions.
