We provide qualified bespoke advice from our offices in Wollaton in Nottingham and East Leake in Loughborough.

At Wollaton there is two hours free parking at the front of our office. Our Wollaton office is fully air conditioned.

At our office in East Leake - there is parking available on request.

On arrival to either of our offices all clients are offered a complimentary refreshment - Nespresso Coffee and Yorkshire Tea with Border biscuits.

Our offices are styled the same in calming green colours as we realise you may be coming to see us at a time when you're stressed and in need of some support. We aim to provide for a holistic experience and we are not corporate in the slightest. We have lovely timeless historical pictures and photos in both offices of the areas we serve- which can take you down memory lane of times long before as we love the history of the areas where our offices are located.

We can also provide evening appointments on request as we realise that with work and caring commitments you may struggle with a day time appointment.

Please do not worry if you cannot get to our offices as we can provide you with advice from the comfort of your own home at a time that suits you. All home visits are free for those clients who cannot get to our offices or who would feel more comfortable being seen at home (there is no pressure from us to come to the Offices). We are based on a first floor at our Wollaton office and at the East Leake office we have a couple of steps up to the client room but we do have some hand rails for clients to hold onto.

We are fully regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and are fully insured which we as a firm are very proud of.

We do not agree with Wills being prepared by unregulated firms as this is still the case in England and Wales that 'paid for' Wills can be prepared by someone without any formal legal qualification and/or training, insurance and most importantly no regulation. These companies will often cold call or approach you in the supermarket, on the high street with a clip board often advertising a Will for £50 - but you will often be then miss-sold services you do not need, possibly be in receipt of incorrect legal advice, and the costs can quickly escalate from what was a £50 Will to thousands of pounds.

We do have a petition going live after the General Election to try and rectify this failing of the Government to protect the most vulnerable in regard to paid for, unregulated Will writing. We will need 100,000 signatures to take this to Parliament which we are confident we can achieve. We will post the link to the petition when this goes live.....so watch this space.
